mployment policies should always be tailored to each company's core values, individual circumstances and particular needs. In addition since local law usually has an impact on employees' rights and employers' obligation, modifications are often needed based on the controlling law in the jurisdictions where the employer is located. I have collected some sample policies and included links to some other policy sources.
